Clear Trip - Cancelled Flight ticket not refunded fully

I booked flight tickets on the Cleartrip website on **-**-****. (To - Hyderabad to New Delhi - IndiGo Airlines- Dt:*-**-****, From - New Delhi to Hyderabad - SpiceJet Airlines Dt - **-**-****). Subsequently, Spicejet cancelled the flight and the same was intimated on my mobile phone. Then I called the Cleartrip call centre to cancel the SpiceJet airlines ticket. But call centre executive cancelled both tickets. I did not ask the call centre executive to cancel both tickets. Later I raised a complaint through Cleartrip call centre to refund the differential amount deducted for the Airlines ticket. Following is the customer complaint numbers send by Cleartrip customer care against the case: case Id: ********/********. I am attaching my flight ticket as evidence. For the cancellation of IndiGo Airlines ticket, I had purchased another ticket with the same Airlines with an escalated price of Rs.**** on Paytm platform. Till now I received a partial refund only even though I am eligible to receive a full refund. Please help me to get the refund from Cleartip.
