Booked a ticket under PNR No.*VWDTJ and E-Ticket No.***-********** from BOM to MAA for the journey to be taken on ** January **** which the ticket was unilaterally cancelled by Makemytrip. On repeated enquiry, no proper answer was rendered nor full refund was made. This situation made distress to me.
