Byjus learning app - Cancellation of Byjus Kit

I have ordered the Kit on **th Sep'** and my kit was delivered by Sep Month End. When i have ordered the kit, i was not explained about the return policy & Sales Executive Mr Ajay Sharma Committed there will be regular follow up from the mentor to support my daughter learning. Initially i have got a mentor support for * weeks, after that there is no response & when i call the Customer care they have informed there is change in Mentor, my daughter slowly lost interest in using the kit, then we understood the content which was shared is not relevant to her current academics. To add up this my ophthalmologist also advised not to use any electronic gadget. All this issue made me to return this kit & claim the refund, then i have written the mail to Byjus support team to initiate the refund. Mentor Iyswarya was not responding the mail & but over the phone she claimed that as per the policy i cant return the kit & i have to return within ** days. When i have explained that it was not communicated to me she has send an application form and told that it was signed & agreed by me. The form she sends is not belongs to me but the operations team has that form as proof in my booking. When i tried to explain about the i was not explained about return policy, She arranged the Call back with Sales Executive Mr Ajay Sharma, he tried to do cover up his mistake he told that will send the form now, requested asked me to sign & send. But i have refused it as i feel i was cheated in the entire process. After that i am trying to reach the Support centre & Iyswaraya i have not got any calls & reply mail to resolve this issue. I feel very bad as there was no proper customer support & zero belief in this company that they will enrich my Daughter Knowledge . I need to return this kit and get back my amount at any cost
