We had cancelled our international booking from Canada to India due to Coronavirus impact and visa cancellation by govt of India. We have struggled three days to reach out to Air India ( through website as well as direct calls ) to reschedule/ cancel our tickets. Finally We have been charged with huge cancellation fees /charges, inspite of orders by ministry of Civil aviation, to waive off cancellation and rescheduling charges at present in the given situation.
