On ** Feb ****, i ordered cake and flowers for *** rs. the combo offer was called "Valentine Rose Day Combo" scheduled to be shipped on Tue Feb ** **** between * Am -* Pm. I received payment confirmation from the website as well. There was no delivery of the cake and i tried to contact the customer care but they did not provide phone number. i tried to contact them via email, CUSTOMER@CAKESPORTAL.COM but i received no reply. Cake and flower was not delivered and my money was not refunded.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.

Ordered cake from cakes portal on **rd september **** with delivery promised on **th Septemvver ****. The cake was never delivered nor refund was received. Multiple mails were dropped which had no response.
