Ordered cake from cakes portal on **rd september **** with delivery promised on **th Septemvver ****. The cake was never delivered nor refund was received.
Multiple mails were dropped which had no response.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
