Cakesportal - Order was not delivered Neither refund

I had placed an order on Jul **th ordering a cake for birthday party. It was not delivered on the requested time and when I reached out, I got a confirmation of cancelling the order for being able to deliver on time.
Inspite of multiple follow-ups, there is no response. Email is the only mode of communication with their support team.
