Cakesportal - Refund

I have ordered one rose bouquet, it cost *** , but I want delivery faster in * hours which is already mentioned on their website,they ask *** rs extra charge for express delivery in * hrs . So I paid *** . I have so many mails but response which I get it we can't delivery today ,so my concern is if you are unable to deliver so why you charged extra money for express delivery.. then i said for cancel my order and get back my refund in my original account. But after so many mails ,still i didn't get my money back and they are not responding on my any mail.literlly they are fake , I have only request pls get back my refund back and shut down this company asap , this is fake . This company create spam in over people. These people making fools .
