We had a very bad experience with regards to CAB BAZZAR. We had booked our cab * months prior to the day of travel. They didn't provide me the details of the driver till the day of travel and when I called them to ask about the driver details they told me that they can't arrange a driver on the price that was decided and I was free to cancel the cab if I didn't want to pay more money. This was two hours before the start of cab ride so I didn't have any other option but to say yes to thier demands as I was in a different city where I didn't know anyone well enough to arrange a cab on my own. I had also called them on the days leading up to the date of the booking asking about the driver details but they didn't provide me with anything but assured me that the cab booking will be done and that I was guaranteed a cab .
I would never trust a company that blatantly lies to its customers just to make a quick profit out of thier helplessness at the last moment.
