REFER CAB BOOKING NC*************. I had airport drop at **:**h on ** Oct ****. Cab driver rang up saying he is in Whitefield and cannot make it to Yelahanka. I tried to contact Make My Trip. Then I realised THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM. Nobody answers on the helpline. THERE IS NO CHAT FACILITY and THERE IS NO EMAIL. MakeMyTrip is totally walled off in case of any issue. We nearly missed our flight but for Uber.
The Helpline says there is no failed booking. Kindly advise how to get refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
