Hi, I m from mumbai and we had got an offer from byjus for my kids ( both kids) std * to ** course @ *,**,***/- we paid **k advance and rest we opted for Loan from the options what Byjus team Gave us ( Mr Sumit singh from mumbai and Mr Harish from banglore) .
And to my surprise they opened * loan accounts for the balance payments *lac from capital float and *.* lacs from Avanse financial.
We are following up ,for more then one month and still haven't got any revert...from them.......we are getting constant threatening calls and messages from capital float and avanse for their payments and today to our surprise we got call from byjus too......
This is just being dragged with no solution to us and this is hampering our cibil as well with no fault of ours.........
I want a written apology from byjus stating the mistake which I will submit to cibil....
And now after so much of trouble and bad response from byjus ,I have decided to return the service back.....
This is so unprofessional behaviour from byjus .......I want my advance of **k back as well
We have dropped number for follow up mailes but no response from byjus....
