Hi, we took Byjus learning course for my *yrs old son. The package included courses of *st, *nd, *rd grades for a cost of Rs. **,***. We took this decision when we were persuaded by Byjus counselor to enroll for subscription for the same day. We took the decision based on the point that Byjus has trial period of **days. After we recieve the tablet and learning material from Byjus we tried the product (course) during period of * weeks, and as parents we felt the course is of higher standard compared to his skill level and that may not be much helpful to my kid. So based on that we requested for cancellation on ** March **** (i.e. with in **days of activation as per Byjus rule). After we had multiple calls with that Byjus, we were initially told that refund will be processed, later they followed up with us, but more of asking us feedback, persuading us to retain the subscription. During few weeks in April we didn't call Byjus during lockdown as every company is going through transition, and I have been waiting for update regarding processing of my refund. Now Byjus team is saying that refund is not possible. Only rule from Byjus is that I need to send a email request for cancellation with **days which I did. Request to help my money back from Byjus.
