Hi team,
I have booked a bus ticket from srikalahasti to hyderabad for **th Feb with DMR travels, My boarding time is at *:** I didn't got any driver or bus no,when I contacted ur team they informed me that they have clubbed us maanvi travels,the seats In maanvi is already booked and I don't have a seat and I have booked **** for dmr where as maanvi tickets is for ***.no response from ur team when called,no response from dvr,bus came at * to my boarding time.
Is this how u treat customers?worst service please provide me refund for all the inconvenience and only because of you guys i have travelled without seat for * hrs.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
