RK filed complaint against Redbus on Jul 21, 2024
I had got a bus ticket booked in the Name of Sakshi Singh on **th July **** from Jaisalmer to barmer. The ticket was booked online through redbus. The bus was from M/s Ganesh Travel agency. The bus was scheduled at *:** pm. But for some reason, the bus operator informed us that the bus is getting rescheduled at *:** pm.
We expressed displeasure & inconvenience for the rescheduled time. We contacted the redbus team for the same & got a complaint raised to cancel the ticket & refund the amount. The complaint ID for the same is:- ********. We explicitly told them that we will not take the rescheduled bus and will travel by our own mode of conveyance, which we did as well.
But despite several calls & follow up for the refund, the same has not been processed till writing of this complaint.
