Make my trip - Bus not reached at time and was delayed to reach the destination by 910 hrs so I couldn t attend my

There is an issue related to bus operator, the bus is not working properly, and stopping again and again .. there is very much delay and I am not able to reach Abu road and attend the function. Till the time I reach the wedding function will be over, than what is the use of going there, if bus is not working properly than they should have told it before booking ticket,lots of nuisance has been created, m fed up and till at * am I had reached only bilhad , and there they are changing the bus which is of no use to me , as the wedding function will be over till the time I reach. I would request you to please refund my money as soon as possible.
Lower bus type is provided and there is a change in bus type on these basis i woul:d like to cancel the ticket and claim a refund as soon as possible.. the time of bus from ghodbunder was at *:** pm but it reached there late after * hrs delay and now the bus has been stopped near bilhad in jungle

I had to reach Abu road at ** pm in wedding function but now due to very much delay m not able to reach on time and the delay is too much.. and there is no use of going now as the function will be over by the time I reach
Very much disappointed by the service of these bus so I would like to get my money back at any cost.. pls reply soon
