Hello Team,
I had booked tickets for **th april **** from Chandigarh to manali. attached are the tickets for this trip. On **th april ****, I had received the message that "due to unavoidable reasons the bus has been cancelled. Please contact your booking agent for refund/alternate arrangement".
I had faced lots of problems at the last moment due to this reason which is not expected from MMT and also I have not received any refund till now.
I have mailed them on the the ID Busservice@makemytrip.com but I never got any reply from them. Can you please help in this matter to refund my bus fare.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
