I have booked a ticket for Bhopal from Indore by redbud online app..the schedule time was *:** am to reach the boarding point .I have reached there before ** min..when I have called to bus operator .he told me the bus is * hours late..and also he says that do complain where you want..also misbehaved very much...when I ask for refund he totally denied..pls take sufficient action..
