I booked car at frontier Kia, safdarjung enclave, delhi. My booking docket had extended warranty and accessories kit with the other prices and charges, which I denied but I was promised that at the time of delivery they would be not levied. Now dealership called me on **/**/**** that my car has been dispatched from plant and would reach me in *-* days. Today i.e **/**/**** I got a text from mr.vipin Chaudhary that my car has been received by them. All the document for finance were provided to mr.vipin on request on **/**/****, but he was unable to get the car financed so asked me i.e shreyans jain to arrange finance on his own, which I have got successfully approved. Since the day car got dispatched from the plant, Mr. Vipin has been constantly bullying me to buy accessories from them, take finance and insurance from them. I have constantly denied for the same , as I can arrange all this at cheaper prices as compared to dealership. Mr.vipin today has denied me the delivery of the car and said that until I buy insurance from him and rs.*****/- worth of accessories from him , he won't deliver the car. Please look into the matter and deliver me the car asap.
I have already transferred them rs. *****/- in addition to the rs.*****/- booking amount.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
