Hi I booked ticket through them from Varanasi to Pune ..the airline their timings for travel for ** th Jan and I called them and they said it's not possible to change the interconnected flights so they promised to refund me fully and asked me to get in touch with the travel co as they have processed refund from their end ...Now from here my struggle started..This fraud co. Kept on hanging me and I had to write them everyday and given them all the proof that vistara refunded but they just said refund can not eb processed as we have not received back from airline.They do not have chat support,no contact no nothing so we can reach them.please help me in getting my money back from these frauds
