I went to BSNL offices, they are simply saying they sent the alert message, i didn't got any of them and the one which I got is attached and I simply followed them. When at BSNL office, when they were checking, in my mobile number profile there were two links like offline and online mode. In the Online mode, my balance was Rs.*, whereas in the offline mode my balance of Rs.***.* was clearly shown with clearance day upto **-**-****. The concerned officer was reasoning with me and since the system has deducted, he couldn't do any thing. There are many words that I can feel about this cheating by the BSNL, but I hope this is sufficient.
