I had ordered a red velvet cake from Cake Point via Swiggy with order no. ***********. The cake was delivered however was broken when I opened it. I raised it with the Swiggy support service and ordered for a replacement. I got the replacement order (***********) after a lot of delays. I was fine with the delay but the cake that was replaced was again broken. Since the first cake turned out to be broken I opened the second one in front of the delivery executive and the cake was broken. I told him to take this back but he said he cannot and I have to raise this again via the app only. I raised it again with the support team but this time they had no solution other than a mere apology. They did not replace it further and did not refund the money as well.
It was a birthday cake and I was left with a cake which was broken into * pieces. That's unfair with a customer who is relying on your Swiggy's services. Nobody wants to spend their hard-earned money on something that was not worth it. It is not my fault that both the cakes were broken. It's either Swiggy's or it's the vendor's fault. Why should I bear for their fault? Swiggy had no solution for this other than a mere apology. Truly disappointed.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
