Nihil Bhuptani filed complaint against Joister Connect on Dec 27, 2018
i have taken new connection with Joister Connect on **th Nov and it started on **th Nov but suddenly on **nd Nov it stopped working for **-** days, I have been told that it's technical issue with fiber but it was some political issue as I got to know from other users. Since I am working in it company and need to work from home, I can't be without internet even for one day hence I have renewed my old connection with some other isp and requested for cancellation and refund. I had paid Rs. **** for ** months rental (** Mbps - ** Months - Rs. **** + **% gst) and I am asking for cancellation and refund of the same either full or after deducting * days of use. I got to know from other users that their services are still not resolved so there is no second thought of restoring my connection with Joister again as it is not working. I am chasing with then since **nd Nov through mail trail but they are not agreeing for cancellation and refund. I badly need refund money as I had to pay to some other isp to have internet connectivity at my home.
Request you to intervene and help me for cancellation and refund of the same.
