My broadband cable gets broken due to the construction work behind my home. I called the local executive and he asked me to file a complaint and assured it will be fixed by evening. But instead of fixing he handed me the call center number.
They assured it will be done in ** hours but it is still not done and now I am unable to connect with the call center also. They are not connecting.
