Airtel - Broadband connection not installed

I requested Airtel VFibre connection, Airtel representative came to my office within half an hour to collect the document and installation fee, I paid *** Rupees via online transaction for installation. Initially they promise to install it within ** hours, after ** hours, I called customer support (Which I hardly found somewhere), they told me to wait for five more days. After three days one more Airtel representative came, He told me to submit the document again and make a new fresh transaction for Rupees ***. I did the same. He also said the same thing installation will be done in ** hours. Now after ** hours I am writing this and waiting for installation. I went to airtel store, they provide support for only Mobile connections, not for broadband. See, I just requested for new connection and this is the customer support of a well reputed company, even for new customer. I have both the transaction Ids, I don't want to share it here.
