I started an account with them but their executive gave me wrong pincode. M office is in Faridabad but they provided leads fro Delhi area which are of no use for me.
I have requested them to stop the ECS or to correct the locality but nothing is done. They keep bouncing ECS to my account and the bank is charging me the bouncing charges in thousands.
As a result I have lost approx Rs.***** and mental agony too in COVID-** crucial situation.
Please do the needful.
