While booking a trip to Shimla make my trip app says the cost per person would be **** after the selection of * adults and a child of * years. However, after the selection the amount is escalated to ***** which is almost the cost for * people. They are clearly misleading the people by putting a per person cost for a trip and then charging for one more person. When contacted the customer care they said that is what is the final amount and they are not able to provide the breakup. This is a harassing experience from makemytrip.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
