I had booked an OYO room on **-**-**** booking ID (KQIE****), KBR Residency, on **-**-**** I got a call from the hotel that there is a water problem so cancel your booking. After that, I immediately called Oyo and told all my problem on that day. They told me not to worry about refund it will come to your account but till now it's almost one month. I had called them almost ** times mailed them had done all the possible things that I can do but till now no refund has been credited. Many times when I called them they put my call on hold saying that they are transferring to higher authorities but after a few minutes they cut the call. I am tired of doing all this for one month. My amount is Rs. ***. I had their escalation mails my booking details. Kindly please help me I am literally tired of doing all this. Please find a way to solve this quick as possible.
