Colive - Booking Amount not refunded

I was told by Colive team to book my stay in Mr and Mrs Colive in ACES layout from *st March ****. However it is reflecting in Mahadevpura area. I called salesperson multiple times to resolve this but no update from his side neither from colive. I raised service request from colive to resolve this issue on **st Feb, also twitted multiple times on twitter but no response from them. On **st of March, I got call from colive customer care that they are not ready to provide me refund as I would have went to Mr and Mrs Colive in ACES property directly and pay them rental amount even though App is showing my booking to some other colive Property. They are saying I should not be relying on colive app.
