I had booked a room for stay on **th and **th December **** in Le Pondy through the website (www.agoda.com). After confirming the booking, I was asked to enter credit card details which was told just for information purpose and would not be charged.
Upon confirming the room, I was booked a luxury villa for a night wherein check in was already over and a payment of *****.** was made vide my credit card.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
