I call customer care Hitachi to book a call for servicing .A technician came , mob No ********** . He refill gas with three cane gas whose MRP is ***.** and service charge is only ***.** .He demanded ****.** for his work. Also he donot issue a bill for amount received. Again I call to customer service and want to lodge a complaint but getting information from me he disconnect the call. Again and again I am trying to call to technician for Bill he disconnect every time. How Hitachi company cheating customer with the help of thieve technician.
