Pepperfry - Bed Broken in 6 months

I purchased a bed of Mintwud (Pepperfry owned brand) in February (delivered on ** Feb). Within * months (on ** September), * of its joining pillars are broken into pieces. *rd pillar has a crack in the middle and ready to break. After complaining (on ** September) since this was under warranty, technician visited and informed that broken parts will be replaced within * days. After * days of no response, I called on their escalation number and was informed that I will be issued a full refund. Again after * days of no update, I called them today, on * October. Today I was informed that this is regular wear and tear, not covered under warranty. I want Pepperfry to explain what kind of wear and tear causes a bed to break into pieces within * months. What kind of quality is their wood? Why was I misinformed twice by their own team? And how will they repay me for the mental loss of constantly seeking updates, and having to sleep on the floor for so long, causing a stiff back and backpain.
