KTM - Battery replacement of duke 200

I bought a new battery from ktm showroom, mekhri circle ,bangalore..suddenly it was not working it's dead...i had a talk with the service center and they replaced it after ** days...again the battery is not working its dead *nd time they refuse to replace it..also they lied me during first time replacement that they are providing me a new battery ...but when i saw now its same battery they gave me twice...and again its dead...what should i do?? Can you help?
