An amount of Rs *****.** got deducted on ** Aug ** on account of the failure of flight booking through Paytm. On contacting to Paytm representatives they informed me that the payment will be refunded through the bank.
On **st August ****, I called the bank and conveyed my issue. The bank representatives told me to mail the issue and also suggest me register the complaint in the customer care. They also assured me that he will resolve my problem at the earliest.
As suggested by the bank I filed my issues at bank customer care number and mail the same to Indore SBI branch on ** August ****.
As of today, ** days already passed and till date refund is not received. Further, the bank representative of SBI Indore branch does not respond positively.
