Makemytrip.com - Bali Tour package Make my trip

i had booked bali tour package from make my trip on **st of dec ** (booking id:nh*************) and done the payment of ***** which was initial amount to be pay . on *nd of jan ** we got the booking confirmation with air tickets , when we received the tickets we found that name was differ on ticket from passport . it was mistake done by us while submitting details on mmt while sending the query we had written siddharth singh in place of siddharth singh baghel (as per passport) , but on *nd of jan itself we mail samreen khan who was assisting all the procedure and from where we got the confirmation of booking and tickets , conveyed all the issue abut name on the ticket so she replied through phone on **th jan & maild and asked to send passport in pdf form we had submitted it on **th jan .but after that she is just told give me a day will back to you with solution . but after various call and email she is just avoiding us by saying that she is working on it and it will take time . still she has not given any solution whether ticket can be cancelled or name can be modified on the tickets. this phase was continue till **th of jan ** on **th jan ** we got a call from samreen khan that that if we want to cancel the package then it can be possible and you will get your amount after deduction of penalty which was of ***** and will get almost ***** as per her .... we said ok kindly cancel and is it possible tomorrow because tomorrow is sunday so she said this is possible we said ok. after that we did not received call nor mail from her on sunday so we called on monday that is on **nd jan on this no ****-******* then we talked to saurav and asked to connect samreen khan he told she is on leave then we conveyed him all the details regarding this issue the he said sorry you cannot get any refund if you cancel the package not a single penny and u have to only pay for another tickets also then we were socked and said that day before yesterday samreen has told that money will be refunded after deduction the penalty charges the saurav said no it cannot because its written on term & condition that after certain period of time after booking u cannot get refund, we were like beggar and begging for our own hard earned money from them . because of that lady samreen khan negligence we are suffering a lot we lost our *****
at the same time we checked the tickets from malindo air that title on tickets was mstr siddharth singh & mstr shweta singh...... here you can see that how could one female passenger can travel with the title of mstr but when we convey this to make my trip customer care one tushar was there he assured that mam u will not face ant problem during travelling on the same time where malindo air has given conformation that you have to cancel the tickets and have to take another tickets ask your agent to do this. but make my trip customer care was not ready to listen it in spite of their fault .
we need our money back that is whether it is full or after deduction of penality charges but we want our money back. we had also complaint to their make my trip customer portal but yet not received any revert .
request you to get back my money from them .
