I am travelling from Air Asia Flight Number- I****, PNR- Z*QSVM, from Surat to Delhi.
The permissible baggage limit is ** kgs for Check-in bag and *Kgs for Cabin Bag.
And I only have * check-in bag and a lady’s hand bag which is not counted as a baggage weigh during travel as per rules.
My check-in baggage weighed **.* kgs and they charged me ₹**** for the same even after telling them that the combined limit is ** kgs and my baggage is not even near to that.
The manager is extremely rude and possesses disgraceful behaviour. Even after telling him that I have been travelling the same way for almost ** years now and have never faced such a ridiculous issue. He was persistent to show me my previous tickets to check if my claim is actually true. However, later when I showed him my previous bookings he said it’s a different airport and a different airline and we don’t follow such policy.
The Air Asia Manager at Surat International Airport does not know how to handle customer grievances, is adamant, rude and disrespectful.
I hereby file this complaint against Air Asia flights
