Jincy Kurian filed complaint against air asia airlines on May 12, 2023
Boarding denied due to the absence of transit at Australia and this happened because there is no customer care service for Air Asia and only having a robotic system. So it is impossible to clarify doubts regarding transit visas.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
