- Bag left in the cab Open
I have left a duffle brown bag in uber on Saturday. Within a minute or so I have filled a complaint in uber help support but they do not respond on Monday i.e. after the * days. The driver denied that he didn't have any of the bags also said no to give any information about him like the car no and phone no. Such a worst service this uber have. They don't provide driver no. otherwise, this won't have happened. And I could have called the driver the same moment. Now I want my bag or a refund.
