Dear sir/ Mam
On September *, ****, we have taken company's plan of **,*** Rs. for * years.
I paid * thousand rupees while taking the plan and did a debit card EMI of Rs ** thousand for two years.They have also signed an agreement from us.I was not allowed to read the agreement even to get the service.
And now saying that everything is given in the agreement and you sign have also done it.
I have attached the copy of the agreement.
We were told at the time of giving the plan that club benefits, candle light dinner, movie tickets, holiday offers etc. and all these benefits can be availed from the very next day of membership. and if I took the scheme in the name of my wife, I would get * gram of gold, after that we took the scheme. They say we will not get gold, we ignored that thing but told Sales consultant we can go for dinner, can she say no sir you will only get plan holiday then I told Sales manager. The sales manager would say yes and the customer care would say no
While taking the plan, we were told something else and after taking it we are telling something else and Sales manager has also said that if you have any problem from our side then you can cancel the membership.
Mailed membership cancellation and debit card EMI cancellation and refund our money but did not cancel our membership.
We mailed membership cancellation as we have personal problem but they told us that we don't cancel membership due to personal problems.
Customer Care HOD told us that if you don't like the service, you can cancel membership and refund your money too.
And we used their service twice but we didn't like it.Our money is going waste due to such service.We are very disappointed about service.lots of problems their services.They are not providing the service as told to us.We are not getting the service we have paid for. Sales manager is blocked my number.
We were told at the time of giving the plan that Debit card EMI **** Rs. per month for * years but but we are getting EMI bill as per one year.
We don 't like their service.
I can't trust their service.
Mailed membership cancellation and debit card EMI cancellation and refund our money but did not cancel our membership.
After I mailed the cancellation they mailed us like this.

That is telling me that you are silly reasons given.
# Why do their ask us every time for evidence, are we criminals?
# Their are lying to us by taking our money.
# Their don't trust us and we don't trust their either.
# I can't trust their service.
# We no longer trust their to give us good service even in future.
# Our money is going waste due to such service.
# If I do the continued with their and service. I will have the same problem in the future.
# There are many more reasons that I cannot list here.
They told us if you don't like the service, we will cancel your membership and the refund money too.
So please help me Our money is going waste due to such service.
We want to cancel their membership and We want our money back.
