I ordered biriyani and lime juice combo on **-**-**** on Swiggy in Kalamassery, Kerala, India. I paid Rs.*** via Paytm. The food had a bad smell. And the chicken and gravy were burnt. The rice was uncooked. Simply saying, never had to face food like this before. Can't even smell it.
I contacted swiggy customer care and asked them for another pack of food or refund. They said they can't do that and exited from the chat. I tried for *-* times they just say sorry and exits from the chat. It was my lunch that I ordered and I was starved contacting them up to *:**. I just lost my money and faced a very bad customer service for the first time in my life.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
