- Bad food delivered and threatened of legal action Open
I ordered * pizzas at *.** pm on April **. At about *.** I received those pizzas which were badly damaged and sticking to the top of the pizza box. When I informed through support, the guy named Saurabh straight forward said that he can't do anything and is escalating the issue further and if found guilty they will take legal actions. This is completely ridiculous of you Zomato. First, deliver damaged food then threaten customers about the legal notice. What the hell is this? Don't we pay for the services?
