The delivery person was so rude and didn't come to my area for delivery. When I asked him to cancel the order, he asked for otp and cut my call. Then I received a msg stating order delivered. Such a rude behavior and fraud.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
