It has come to my attention that my visa was processed without my knowledge, resulting in unauthorized charges being applied to my account.
I noticed a charge of [****/-] on my account, which was identified as a visa processing fee by Visa Advisor. However, I have not initiated any visa processing request or authorized any charges related to this service. This has caused me great concern and inconvenience.
I clearly mentioned on a phone conversation as well that I have been told by Shruti, my trip advisor, that I'll get a Visa upon arrival since I hold a USA Visa as said to check and validate the documents with the visa team for which I shared the same with visa team as well. If you check my phone conversation recordings or my email trial I clearly followed up on my status and tried calling the Visa team multiple times but was not able to reach them.
After writing the email to the Visa team I got a couple of calls for investigation and said they will get back to me post checking with management but by that time I had to fly I didn't get any response and they were told to use the same Visa which was processed as no other option left immediately. I even said I'm ready to pay only the cost which would be upon arrival remaining should be waived off but to get sorted no time left they have asked to use the same Visa and will get back to me once they take call with management I have consumed the same Visa upon their request. I'm surprised to see threatening messages saying they were about to cancel the visa. If they cancel the visa and inform authorities it would only land me in trouble. I, sincerely, advise you to pay this. When I cleared the complete payment on **th September it was * pending and all of a sudden they have added the Visa amount and for that I get this kind of message while I'm on trip with an infant for just ****/- don't you think this is too bothering.
In Fact I have requested to hear the conversation I had with the visa agent. Later they shared the same in which I never said to process if you hear it. But they keep on saying why did I share the details and documents I clearly said to validate and lemme know what all I need to carry and works. If I would have requested it then why would I keep on following up on email about my status.
I kindly request your immediate assistance in investigating this matter and rectifying the situation. I would appreciate a thorough explanation of how this unauthorized transaction occurred and a prompt wave of the charged amount to my account.
I value the services provided by MakeMy Trip and have always had positive experiences in the past. Therefore, I trust that you will handle this matter urgently and take appropriate measures to prevent such incidents from happening to other customers.
