I've booked a round trip from Trivandrum to kolkata. The onward journey is on **th may **** and the return is on **th may ****. I've cancelled only the return ticket on **th April **** and makemytrip website also did the same. When I went for web checkin for **th may flight on *th may, it stated that Onward journey is also cancelled in Indigo site. But in makemytrip it was showing confirmed. I got perplexed and called the makemytrip representative, he said that there is a problem with site and hence asked me to book a new ticket and promised the refund of the amount in ** hours. They have dragged the issue for a month and now they are saying everything is fine and there will be no refund.
