While booking the flight ticket for my friend's wedding, the time of the flight has gotten changed to another time which was unrelevant to me. I had complained several times MakeMyTrip, they are asking for a screenshot while I was booking as a proof. Who would take a screenshot while book as a proof, Who would know selected flight would change after booking? Only when there is no trust on the app on would do it, which is not at all a possibility for somebody to do.
The mistake lies on their server end, we know due to flight price changes, the option of flight moves up and down, this could have happened. They aren't ready to accept. I have called the customer care right away, within * min to complain the same. Have even sent my friends booking who are coming to the wedding along with the iternary by the groom asking to come at a particular time. They still want a screenshot of my booking while booking a ticket. They are asking for something nobody can give and even they have acknowledged the same.
