I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO WITHDRAW CASH FROM SBI ATM KANTHI COLONY (****), ENTERED PIN AND REQUIRED CASH OF Rs. ****. CASH HAS NOT BEEN DISPENSED AND MESSAGE DISPLAYED AS "LAST TRANSACTION CANCELLED" AND MY CARD RELEASED & HOME SCREEN DISPLAYED. WAITED FOR ** MINUTES NO CASH CAME FROM ATM. NO MESSAGE RECEIVED TO MY MOBILE REGARDING THIS TRANSACTION. WHEN I CHECKED MY YONO SBI IT IS SHOWING AS CASH WITHDRAWN. I LODGED A COMPLIANT TO CUSTOMER CARE (COMPLAINT NO. **********) AS WELL AS TO LOCAL BANK. PROBLEM NOT SOLVED. COMPLAINT LODGED IN OMBUDSMAN ON **.**.****. NO INFORMATION TILL NOW. HENCE I AM APPROACHING YOU
