"As discussed over the call, unfortunately due to system glitch cost for hotel in Darjeeling was not picked correctly at the time of booking. we regret for this experience want you to continue with the booking by paying **,*** + *% GST , which is with correct cost of Hotel." ; This is the mail that we got from MMT CC.
They are pushing us to pay extra money for their glitch, which is not acceptable at all. They are not offering us any other option, and continue to avoid our calls and messages. The RO whose name is Suman Jain, she has looted many customers like us and now she is not ready to listen our concern and provide us the resolution.
Please look into the issue and provide our money back from MMT.
