It's been a month I am fighting with Uber overpayment of Rs. ***.**. I took the ride on *th April and paid for the same on *th April. As per Citibank, it is showing completely on my bank application, on my bank statement and they have also given me written confirmation that your transaction is complete from Citibank. But here's the catch Uber has denied and is saying it was not a successful transaction even after Citibank written confirmation on their letterhead. Highly frustrating.
