I am Ravi Kumar ,a customer of amazon for more than * years.I always loved the company's services.
I ordered *d car mats on **st october with order id - ORDER # ***-*******-******* .While i was ordering the product ,i saw the return policy stating that in case if customer is not satisfied with whatever mentioned reasons,he can return the product and successful pick up will be done by amazon .
When i tried to return the product,amazon is asking me to self return the product by me going to courier services in my city.This is not mentioned while i was buying the product.I have contacted amazon customer care email id and toll free numbers multiple times regarding this issue and there was no reply for my emails,and coming to calls one person named khaleel spoke very arrogantly and cut my call in the middle and remaining people were not able to help me except for me going and self shipping the product.This is completely unfair from amazon asking me to self ship in this covid situation despite not mentioning while i was purchasing.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
