I ordered a product iPhone ** mini which costs **,*** INR from a company named PREMITEK Electronics, Campbell Ave, Springfield MO, US.
I ordered on **th November ****.
They asked me to pay only advance amount to deliver the product.
I asked them "howmuch the advance amount".
They told to pay only **** INR as advance and balance to be paid after delivery.
So I accept and done the payment on **th November.
Then they asked to pay shipping charges **,*** INR.
Then they asked me to pay airway bill **,*** INR.
They told me that this is the last payment.
But after I paid full amount.
They send me tracking number as freighexpertslog.com on **th November ****.
I just follow the tracking site. Vendor asked me to pay for insurance, then custom clearance for Germany, Portugal and Pakistan. They told me all money are refundable.
I also believed and paid *,**,*** INR till **th November ****. But the product not yet delivered.
Now they are asking me to pay *,**,*** INR.
Then only they deliver the product and refund all my money back.
But I think they are scammers.
The product cost is only **,*** INR I ordered.
But for custom clearance itself, I paid *,***** INR.
Please help me how to solve this problem.
How I recover from this?
Where I should contact for the solution?
Please help me to come out of this.
