I am writing to formally address an ongoing issue regarding a refund for the Aquaguard AWS *** Water Softener, which I purchased based on the recommendation of your sales team member, Mr. Janagaran.

To provide you with a brief timeline:
On June **, ****, I purchased the AQUAGUARD SELECT WATER SOFTENER C-**** for Rs. **,***.**.
Delivery was made on June **, ****, and an installation attempt was made on July *, ****, but the installation was deemed impossible.
Following Mr. Janagaran's advice, I agreed to replace it with the Aquaguard AWS *** Water Softener for Rs. **,*** and the LVACVOICE Pro for Rs. **,***.
However, on the second installation attempt on July **, ****, the team again stated the product could not be installed.

Due to the repeated inconvenience caused by incorrect product recommendations, I requested a refund for the Aquaguard AWS *** Water Softener. Mr. Janagaran assured me that he would process the refund and took the product from my home on August *, ****. He mentioned that the refund would be issued before August **, ****.

As of September *, ****, I have yet to receive the refund. After reaching out to Mr. Janagaran on August **, I was informed that there is an ongoing audit and the refund would be delayed until September *, ****. However, that date has passed, and I still have not received my money. Moreover, I am consistently being urged to purchase additional products, despite having already faced two unsuccessful transactions.

I feel obligated to express my disappointment with the service thus far. As of now, I am also incurring unnecessary EMIs for a product I have been unable to use.
